Capturing Client Evidence for a Screening

The agency can configure a wide range of evidence types for a screening. A screening can be submitted once the minimum required information has been entered. Groups of questions are presented sequentially, the answers to which are filled in by the case worker as the screening is progressed. The questions can be categorized, based on the type of information being captured on the application, for example, household, benefits, income, resources and expenses. CCI leverages Cúram Intelligent Evidence Gathering (IEG) infrastructure to enable agencies to configure the screening guided flows specifically for the available programs.
