The system can be configured to provide information on government programs for which the client may be eligible. Information on programs for which eligibility could not be determined is also displayed. From the results of screening, a worker can view a list of programs available in the agency and programs that are available from external agencies.
Based on the results of the screening, a worker can apply or create a referral to a number of different government programs. The worker can start an application for the programs that are available in the agency. When a program is provided by an external agency, the worker may choose to create a referral to the agency on behalf of the client. CCI provides the ability to create a referral to an external agency based on the results of a screening using a 2-step wizard process.
