Based on the answers the client has provided, the results for the programs that the worker selected for screening are displayed to the worker. The screening results tell the worker whether the client is potentially eligible for the program screened for, and give a short description of the eligibility determination. Urgent alerts may also be displayed to highlight important information. The results are determined using a Cúram Eligibility Rule Set (CER) which runs after the worker has submitted the triage answers.
Once a screening is completed, the intake worker can apply for programs available in the agency on behalf of the client, create referrals to programs available from external agencies, or respond to an emergency if one is identified.
