An agency may have one or more user roles that perform all or part of the intake process. CCI provides for the following user roles:
- Intake Worker
- This user is the first point of contact for the client in
the agency, and is responsible for determining the client's needs
and identifying the best path to address those needs. The intake
worker can carry out triage, screening, life events, referrals and
application processing.
- Eligibility Worker
- This user is responsible for the final determination and
authorization of benefits for a client. This user may also be
responsible for the ongoing eligibility and outcome management for
the client once the intake process is complete. See the Cúram Integrated Case Management Guide
and the Cúram Outcome Management Guide for more
information.
- Intake Worker Supervisor
- This user is responsible for supervising and managing the
workload of the intake workers in an agency.
