Recording Application Details and Application Date

The system records application details such as the application filing date and the method of receipt. A record of the programs applied for are also associated to the application.

The application date is automatically set for applications submitted online. The date is set to today's date if the application is submitted within the business hours of the agency/local office. The date is set to the next business date if the application is submitted outside the business hours of the agency/local office. The business hours of the agency are determined based on the agency's root location, configured in Cúram Administration Manager (see the Cúram Location Administration Guide for more information).

The application date can be manually set by the intake worker for applications captured in the agency, but is defaulted to today's date. The intake worker can also edit the application date on applications that have been submitted.
