Recording Client Information

The personal information provided by a client on the application, such as address, date of birth etc, is recorded on the system for the client. In addition, if the application captures any additional clients, for example, any other household members that reside with the client, the system records the personal details for these clients also. Additional clients are registered with a participant type of prospect when the application is submitted. The intake worker can search and match these clients with existing clients on the system once the application is submitted.
