Adding an Additional Client to an Application

Additional clients can be added to the application. For example, if the worker submitted an application for food assistance with only the minimum required information, the additional household members may not have been captured, so the worker can add them at a later stage, for example while interviewing the client.

The worker carries out an initial search for the additional client, and if the client is not already registered on the system, the worker registers the client as a person. The worker must also enter the date the client should be considered to be included on the application. For example, for food assistance, this would be the date the client moved into the household, if that date was after the application date.
