Both the intake worker and the eligibility worker have the option of adding and withdrawing program requests associated with the application. For example, if a client had applied for food assistance, but was also potentially eligible for cash assistance, the worker could add cash assistance to the existing application. When a program is added to an application, the application timers are set for that program based on the date it was added to the application.
