The eligibility worker can authorize and decline benefits on an application by selecting to review the eligibility results. The authorize/decline options are available for each eligibility decision or assistance unit, depending on how the agency has configured its eligibility rules and results.
When the user selects to authorize benefits, CCI provides an event which the agency can use to customize application processing. For example, some agencies may want to create a product delivery for the authorized benefit. Other agencies may want to create a service plan for the authorized benefit.
