Individuals can be registered as prospect person participants when the agency does not have enough information to register them as person participants. Prospect persons can be registered using the Quick Registration process. This feature provides a way to register a prospect person by entering minimal information. A prospect person may also be registered as the result of the anonymous person registration process. Prospect persons are modeled similarly to person participants but there are fewer information requirements during Quick Registration. If the agency receives more information on the client after registering them as a prospect person, the prospect person can then be registered as a person participant.
