Registering a Client

Client registration allows the agency to provide services and enroll clients in programs. The client registration process places a client in a specific role and defines the participant type of the client. In CCI, the registration process will result in the creation of either a person or prospect person participant role. The system stores information on the participant including personal information as well as Common Intake specific information relating to triages, screenings, applications, interviews, referrals, life events, notes and cases associated with the participant.

Participant registration validates that all necessary information is collected. It also checks to determine if a participant has already been registered. This prevents the same participant from being added to the system more than once.
