Configuring Actions

An action is a type of activity that can be added to an outcome plan. Once an action is defined in outcome management administration, it can be added to an outcome plan to address client needs. Unlike goals, objectives and factors, actions do not have to be associated with a type of outcome plan.

A name must be specified when creating an action. A reference can be specified allowing the action to be referenced in code. The remaining action configuration options are outlined below.
