Setting up the Roster Grace Period

The curam.cpm.attendance.service.rostergraceperiod property is used to set the roster grace period in days for a service offering. The grace period is the number of days after the roster submission date within which roster should be submitted to the agency for the service offering. If a roster is submitted after the specified grace period, a workflow event is raised. This workflow can be used to trigger any further customized processing that may be required by the organization in the event of a roster being submitted late.

For example: The roster grace period is set to 15 days for the Child Care service offering. If the roster submission date is 07/05/2008 then the roster due date for this roster containing clients receiving this service offering will be 15 days after this date, i.e., 07/20/2008.
