Roster Configuration Options

Rosters are used to track client participation in service offerings. Rosters can be generated for each day specified in the roster generation frequency for every service offering that has attendance tracking configured. Multiple roster generation frequencies can be specified. However, only one roster generation frequency can be specified for a given time period and only one may be active at any one time. A roster generation frequency can also be specified for individual service offerings.

If manual approval is required for the roster, this can be set at the individual service offering level in the administration application. When manual approval is required, the resource manager will have to manually approve every roster upon submission. A roster grace period can also be specified. This is a period of time after the end of the roster period by which a provider must submit their roster for the service offering.
