Setting Up a New Provider Training Course

When a training course is recorded, a training type must be specified. This allows the training course to be categorized, making it easier for the resource manager to search for and select the appropriate training when adding a training to a provider's profile. For example, a category of Health and Safety could describe a number of different trainings: First Aid, Workplace Safety, etc.

Once the training course is recorded in the administration application, resource managers can then add the training to a provider's record. At this point, any provider members that are to undergo the training can be selected. Once a training has been created in the system, administrators can then add credits to the training record.
