The types of cases that will take the new status after an application transfer has been undone can be configured as follows:
- For each case type whose status you wish to update after an application transfer has been undone, create an element CaseType as a direct child of CaseStatusAfterUndoTransfer.
- On this element the following attribute can be specified which will configure the type of case whose status will change:
