It is possible to configure what the status of the case will be after the application transfer has been undone. To configure the case status after the application transfer has been undone do the following:
- Open the XML document which represents the intake process configuration.
- Locate the XML element ApplicationType which represents the application type to be configured.
- Create or locate an XML element CaseStatusAfterUndoTransfer as a direct child of the ApplicationType element.
- On this element the following attribute can be specified which will configure the status the case should take after the application transfer has been undone:
