ClearCase Branching, and Labeling Scheme

Key to Label Types:

AA.##XX_??.BASE label

(note: ?? = “_wc” for West Coast replica or “” for East Coast replica)

Used for labeling the start of a Core Product release for any Product.

Examples:

CO.01XX_wc.BASE - Base of Core on WC to be used for start of Core 1.0 development.

BB.03XX.BASE - Base of Core on EC to be used for start of BB Product 3.0 development.

CO.02XX.BASE - Base of Core on EC to be used for start of Core 2.0 development.
