The preload notice database contained invalid data {0}.
Explanation
Data retrieved from the MWP_PLN_RULES table is corrupt. This should never happen unless data has been tampered with.

The only fix is to recreate the tables. Follow instructions in the information center to recreate Mobile Portal Accelerator tables.
