Explanation
IBM® Mobile Portal Accelerator cannot initialize DataStoreContext. This indicates that the WebSphere Portal Server database is not available. Check that the WebSphere Portal Server database is running without any errors. Run a select statement on MWP_PLN_RULES table to verify that the table is not locked.
