Configuring a WebSphere Application Server data
source for MCS
You can optionally configure Multi-Channel Server (MCS)
to use a WebSphere® Application Server data
source with either DB2®,
Oracle, or Microsoft SQL Server. Often, this provides
a boost in system performance.
Informational message showing default values
If you configure a WebSphere Application Server data
source for the MCS database, an informational message will be entered in
the /logs/WebSphere_Portal/SystemOut.log file.
