Viewing the data a monitor collects

Use the Details page of the Show Monitor notebook to view the information that a performance monitor has collected for database objects at selected points in time.
Note: For partitioned database environments only. If your objects are partitioned, then the values for performance variables only contain information for the partition where Show Monitor was launched.

To view the data a monitor collects:

  1. Open the Show Monitor notebook.
  2. Select a performance monitor from the list below the Monitor name field.
  3. Open the Details page.
  4. Performance variable values are listed in the Date and Time column. To display the values for different sample times, drag the vertical time line.

Colors identify values that have crossed defined thresholds:

" " Yellow indicates a warning state.
" " Red indicates an alarm state.
" " Green indicates an acceptable state.
