Creating a group

Use the Create Group window to create a group.

When you complete the steps for this task, return to Deploying a new group, and continue with the next step.

Fields and controls



To create a group:

  1. Open the Create Group window.

  2. In the Name field, type a name for the group.

  3. In the Description field, type a description for the group.

  4. In the Authentication name field, specify the user ID that has sufficient authorization to invoke the stored procedures that access and modify the satellite control tables at the satellite control server.

  5. Click OK.
