Use the Limits page of the Index SmartGuide to set any space limitations. If you want to find the best indexes for your workload, do not set any limits. If you have a limited amount of disk space for indexes, set the maximum logical size that you can afford to allot for all indexes. The SmartGuide will recommend the best indexes that will fit into the specified space.
