Use the Advanced Limits window to alter the parameters that are used by the
optimization algorithm. You can set these limits to make the
calculation run faster, but it may not find the best indexes.

To alter optimization algorithm parameters:
- Open the Advanced Limits window.
- Select the Set maximum number of table
columns per index check box and enter the maximum number of columns
in the entry field.
- Select the Set maximum number of indexes
per table check box and enter the maximum number of tables in the
entry field.
- Click OK to save the changes and return to
the Limits page of the Index SmartGuide.
