In this field, enter the unique name of the monitor that you are creating. name can be up to 255 characters in length.
Description
In this field, enter the description for the monitor that you are creating. The Description can be up to 255 characters in length.
Default for level
This field can be used to specify the level for which the selected monitor will be the default monitor. If you do not wish to set the monitor as the default monitor for any level, ensure that "no change" appears in the Default for level field.
Regular sample
The interval at which the sample is taken appears in this field. You can change the interval by selecting the desired interval from the drop-down list.
