Replication Guide and Reference
This book uses these highlighting conventions:
- Boldface type indicates commands or user interface controls
such as names of fields, folders, icons, or menu choices.
- Monospace type indicates examples of text you that enter
exactly as shown.
- Italic type indicates variables that you should replace with a
value. It is used also to indicate book titles and for emphasis of
words.
