2Enabling view docking when accessing Development Center with Hummingbird Exceed

2When accessing the Development Center on UNIX(R) with 2Hummingbird(R) Exceed, the XTEST extension version 2.2 must be 2enabled before you can move and dock views by dragging their title bars within 2the Development Center.

2To enable the XTEST extension: 2

  1. 2From the Start menu, select Programs -> Hummingbird 2Connectivity 7.0 2->Exceed->XConfig. The XConfig window 2will open.
  2. 2Optional: If your configuration requires a password, enter the 2XConfig password.
  3. 2Double click the Protocol icon. The Protocol window will 2open.
  4. 2Check the X Conformance Test Compatibility checkbox.
  5. 2In the Protocol window, click the 2Extensions... button. The Protocol 2Extensions window will open.
  6. 2In the Enable Extensions list, select the XTEST(X11R6) 2checkbox.
  7. 2Click OK. 2
