Is there an AFP monospaced font for presentations?

I've created a profile for presentations. I need a bigger monospaced font that will project better than the monospaced fonts shipped with PSF. Is there a bigger one?

Answer

  You have 2 options:

  1.  If you've purchased the BookMaster product, but not using it for your
      foils, you could use the ISIL Gothic font shipped with Bookie.

  2.  Otherwise, use one of the AFP font utilities to create a bigger version
      of one of the PSF compat fonts.
