Explanation
This is a secondary information message that provides qualifying
information to a separate error message. This message reports a data
set name dsname and DD Name ddname for which an
allocation attempt failed. This is accompanied by message CAZ2005E
or CAZ3943E.

System action
Application Performance Analyzer terminates.

Operator response
Attempt to resolve the problem based on the information available
in the message and restart the job.
