Assign USS permissions to the Application Performance Analyzer started task

The Application Performance Analyzer started task should be given USS superuser privileges, with UID=0. An alternative to granting superuser privileges is to ensure that the Application Performance Analyzer started task runs under the same UID as the Java™ applications being measured. In this case, you can perform the tasks described in Set up Security Access Rules below.
