Custom backup and uninstall

- Scripts in this folder are intended for use while upgrading from PowerVC version 1.4.4.x
to PowerVC 2.0.0 only.

- Supports backup from 1.4.4.x (to be restored on 2.0.0) and ensures cleaning of additional 
packages, to enable leapp upgrade from RHEL 7.x to RHEL 8.*, while doing PowerVC uninstall.

- For regular backups, continue to use powervc-backup CLI
