1.  Download files 
2.  make a backup copy of the existing dsmicfgx.exe and TSMCredCheck.exe (if it exist)
    NOTE:  the TSMCredCheck.exe might not exist in your environment

3.  Copy the dsmicfgx.exe and TSMCredCheck.exe into the <install dir>/server directory
    Example:  C:\Program Files\Tivoli\TSM\server
