Problem Description: When staging to production includes virtual portals, the object id of the content root of virtual portals needs to be the same in the staging, as well as in the production system. Problem Solution: When a virtual portal is created with the CreateVPCommand, the object id of the content root of the default virtual portal is serialized and used for creating the object id of the content root of the virtual portal.
