Problem Description: If the Portal database is transferred to DB2 and a lower-case schema name is specified, the internal queries that check the database's character encoding fail because DB2 internally handles all object names as uppercase. Because of this failure the warning 'EJPDB0085W: The character encoding of the database is not UTF-8.' is written to the log at Portal startup.
