Summary:
   Wrong skin displayed for portlets on dynamic pages if Theme default skin is selected
 
Problem Description:
   If the page definition inherits its theme from the parent page and uses the "Theme Default" skin and the page is launched,
   it does not use the default skin of the launched page (the skin of the theme of the extension node) but uses the default
   skin of the portal default theme.  It should use the default skin of the theme of the extension node.   
 
Problem Solution:
   Apply PK. Please note that you cannot install this fix with the Portal Update Installer.
   This fix simply provides a war file which has to be installed with a special configuration task. 
   Please follow the installation instructions below.

Installation:

   1. start WebSphere_Portal
   2. open a comandline tool and change to:
      <portal>\config
   3. execute:
      WPSconfig.bat|sh action-deploy-transformation-dynamicui
