This interim fix contains fixes for the following problems:

   103049 V610x and V7 help cant both be started in coex mode
   105392 Need to also install XML Mapping Wizard
   107371 MB70 ifix and FP1: Rollback causes issues with bat and sh files

   APAR IC64979 Keywords other than 'version' do not appear when a flow is deployed

    A new feature is introduced to extend the current functionality of message flow node
    development tool to create user defined nodes backed by subflows. It also improves the
    overall experience for building custom nodes.
