EGL tools

• (JR22196) This fix adds Russian language support for EGL to Java code generation.
• (JR22749) This fixes the problem where resource association entries for USS systems were being ignored.
• (JR22720) This fixes the problem when debugging a function call from an EGL program, the result the debugger provides back after retrieving data from the database can be inconsistent.

JSF Tools

• (PK13876) This fixes the problem of scriptCollector component's method binding attributes not being executed when state saving method is set to 'client'.
• This fixes the problem when enabling client side caching disables the decode method.
• (JR22478) This fixes the problem where the JSF browser back arrow does not revert to the original page.

Web services

• (JR21387) This fixes a problem in which the Web Services Explorer fails to load any WSDL hosted on any https Web site, as indicated by these errors:

  IWAB0379E Unable to open https://anyhost/anydocument.wsdl.
  IWAB0135E An unexpected error has occurred. 
  WSDLException: faultCode=OTHER_ERROR: Unable to resolve importeddocument at'https://anyhost/anydocument.wsdl'.: SSL implementation not available

• (JR22721) This fixes a problem in which the Web Services Explorer fails with an "Internal Server Error: 500" condition in the browser whenever it tries to load a WSDL document from an internet site on the other side of a proxy server.
• (JR22864) In version 5.1.2 of this product, the Web service client generation defaults to WebSphere 5.1.0 backward compatiblity.  This fix allows you to generate a WebSphere 5.1.1 style (multiprotocol) Web service client.  To use this new option, you can modify the product ini file (wssitedev.ini) and insert the following line under [settings]:
  VMArgs=-DWASEmitterCompat=511
