*** YOU MUST HAVE ROOT/ADMINISTRATOR RIGHTS TO INSTALL THIS FIX ***

Instructions for LIBRARY files:
  1. Stop all the RFIDIC components.
  2. Backup above libraries under $RFIDIC_HOME/lib (see NOTE below).
  3. Copy above libraries to the directory $RFIDIC_HOME/lib.
  4. Ensure owner/group of libraries is the rfidic user (chown rfidic:rfidic ...).
  5. Ensure permissions of libraries are -r--r--r-- (chmod 444 ...).
  6. Start all the RFIDIC components.

NOTE: When backing up the two JAR files referenced above, they must either be renamed to NOT end with .jar or they must be moved to directories not in your CLASSPATH.  This is required to ensure the old classes in the two JAR files are not used.
