Cause . . . . . : The Date literal either does not end with an apostrophe (') or does not contain a valid Date value. The format of Date literals is specified by the DATFMT keyword in the Control specifications. If the keyword is omitted, then the default Date value *ISO is assumed.
Recovery . . . : Specify a correct Date literal. Compile again.
