The iSeries server provides many menus and displays to assist the
programmer, including the Programmer Menu, the Command Entry display, command
prompt displays, and the Programming Development Manager (PDM) Menu. If
your server uses the security functions described in Security - Reference
, your ability to use these displays is controlled by the authority given to
you in your user profile. User profiles are generally created and
maintained by a system security officer.
The most frequently used source entry method is the source entry utility (SEU), which is part of the WebSphere Development Studio.
