Cause . . . . . : The Timestamp literal either does not end with an apostrophe (') or does not contain a valid Timestamp value. A Timestamp literal must in the form of YYYY-MM-DD-HH.MM.SS.UUUUUU where:
The microsecond portion, including the separator (.UUUUUU), is optional and can be partially specified or omitted entirely. The following default Timestamp value is assumed:
Recovery . . . : Specify a correct Timestamp literal. Compile again.
