Cause . . . . . : If the factor 2 entry is a figurative constant, it cannot be *ZERO or *ZEROS. If the Factor 2 entry is a literal, it is not valid for one of the following reasons:
The specification is ignored.
Recovery . . . : Specify a valid Factor 2 entry. Compile again. To move zeros into a graphic entry, specify *ALLG'<00>' in Factor 2 (positions 36 - 49), where '00' represent DBCS zeros, '<' is the shift-out control character, and '>' is the shift-in control character.
