Cleaning up participants
Perform the following steps in Relationship Manager to clean up incorrect participant information caused by inconsistent or corrupt data from the source application or generic object:
- Start Relationship Manager and make sure it is connected to a server. Follow the instructions in Starting Relationship Manager and Connecting Relationship Manager to a InterChange Server Express.
- Select a participant in Relationship Manager.
- Click Edit > Clean Up Participants.
The Clean Up Participants dialog box appears.
- Enter the date to which you want to revert the participant values to in the Clean up from
field.
- In the months list, select a month. You can type the first letter of a month to scroll to a month in the list.
- Click the up and down arrows to increase or decrease the date. You also can use the arrow keys on the keyboard.
- Click OK.
All participant adds, deactivations, and activations since that point in
time are erased from the database. A participant that has been deleted
or whose value has been modified cannot be cleaned up.
