Flow Manager menu commands

You can use the menu commands in the following table to manage queries. For information on taking action on unresolved flows, refer to Processing unresolved flows.


Menu command Description
Event > Find Finds all the unresolved events with the specified filter information. As a shortcut, you can also click the Find button.
Event > Delete Deletes one or more selected events in the result frame.
Event > Save Saves all the events in the result frame in an Excel format.
Event > Print Prints the selected events or all the events in the result frame in a table format. A dialog appears prompting you to select Print All Events or Print Selected Events.
Event > Get Count Gets a number of the events corresponding to the current query.
Event > New Search Clears all the result events, close the result frame, and refresh all the filter controls.
Event >Exit Exits Flow Manager.
Query > Delete Deletes the query that appears in the Query menu.
Query > Save Save the current filter information as a query; the query name entered appears in the Query menu.
Query > Show/Hide Show or hide the content of the query.

The following table describes both the Events menu commands and the right-click menu commands available for each event listed in the results section of Flow Manager.

Event menu command Right-click menu command Description
Event > Delete Right-click > Delete Deletes one or more selected events in the result frame.
Event > Save Right-click > Save Saves all the events in the result frame in an Excel format.
Event > Submit Right-click > Submit Sends the data of the events back to the destination application.
Event > Refresh & Submit Right-click > Refresh Submit Refreshes then submits the selected events.
Events > Cancel Waiting Right-click > Cancel Waiting Cancels the waiting events (long-lived business processes) in the results section.
Event > Display Details Right-click > Display Details Displays a "Show business object data" dialog which contains detailed information about the business object associated with the selected event, including business object definition, verb, and attributes. You can browse the display details of the entire list of events in the results section by clicking Next or Previous.
Event > Select All Right-click > Show Event Details Displays the Show Event Details dialog. This dialog contains details about the selected event, including the full text in the Message field. This is useful because the message is only partially viewable from the results section of Flow Manager. You can browse the event details of the entire list of events in the results section by clicking Next or Previous.
Event > Print Right-click > Print Prints the selected events or all the events in the result frame in a table format. A dialog appears prompting you to select Print All Events or Print Selected Events.
