Description/symptom of problem: PK29364 resolves the following problem: ERROR DESCRIPTION: There was a link for "Work area partition service" under Servers > Application servers > server_name > Container Setting > Business Process Services in the adminconsole of WebSphere Application Server 6.0.2.9. However we can not find the link for the "Work area partition services" in the adminconsole of WebSphere Application Server 6.0.2.11. The link is missing in adminconsole of WebSphere Application Server 6.0.2.11. LOCAL FIX: None PROBLEM SUMMARY USERS AFFECTED: WebSphere Application Server version 6.0.2 users that use the administrative console to configure the Work area partition service. PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The Work area partition service link is missing on the WebSphere Application Server administrative console. RECOMMENDATION: None Due to incorrect version checking, after applying a service pack in the range of 6.0.2.10 through 6.0.2.16, the Work area partition service link is no longer shown on the administrative console. PROBLEM CONCLUSION: This issue has been resolved, and the code changes for the APAR are available in service pack 6.0.2.17. The problem does not exist in 6.1 version of WebSphere Application Server.
