Fix (APAR): JR33367 Status: Fix Release: 6.2.0.1 Operating System: AIX,HP-UX,i5/OS,Linux,Solaris,Windows,z/OS Supersedes Fixes: CMVC Defect: xxxxxx Byte size of APAR: 21841 Date: 2009-06-22 Abstract: Customer is getting an error of CWWBE0085E when using rpc encoded soap array Description/symptom of problem: JR33367 resolves the following problem: ERROR DESCRIPTION: Customer is getting an error of CWWBE0085E, "Incompatible types" after they have perform the web service request. The return type of the data object is anyType, which is incorrect. LOCAL FIX: Modify the custom data type of outNBIDeviceData to anyType. PROBLEM SUMMARY USERS AFFECTED: WebSphere Process Server 6.2.0.x users of JAX-RPC import binding for rpc encoded soap array PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Customer is getting an error of CWWBE0085E when using rpc encoded soap array RECOMMENDATION: None The problem happen because BO component can't recognize the SOAP Array DataObject construct by jax-rpc import binding PROBLEM CONCLUSION: An ifix is made for the problem on 6.2.0.1 and the fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fixpack 6.2.0.2. Directions to apply fix: Download and follow Update Installer installation instructions.
