PROBLEM SUMMARY USERS AFFECTED: WebSphere Process Server 6.0.2.x users. PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: A ServiceRuntimeException is thrown that is caused by PackageNotFoundException with uri 'http://www.ibm.com/xmlns/prod/ websphere/scdl/wsdl/6.0.0' not found. RECOMMENDATION: None The issue just is the uri, likes 'http://www.ibm.com/xmlns/prod/websphere/scdl/wsdl/6.0.0', could not be initialized, the uri is related to com.ibm.wsspi.sca.scdl.wsdl.impl.WSDLPackageImpl, so the explicit initialization of model can be started up during server starting firstly.
