1)Copy hotfixpkg_9931.exe to your local directory.
2)Please stop all DB2 processes before you apply hotfixpkg_9931.exe.
  Stop all DB2 processes using services, just running db2stop is not enough.
  Also stop the service IBM Intelligent Miner Server.
3)Run 'hotfixpkg_9931.exe'
4)Under ..\sqllib\ run 'hotfix -l' and 'db2level' and they should show the special build.
5)To uninstall the hotfix, simply run one of the following commands:
		 'hotfix -u HotFixID' - uninstalls the most recent hotfix
		 'hotfix -u all' - uninstalls all hotfixes

NOTE: You may also use winzip to extract the 'hotfixpkg_9931.exe' to a
      directory and run 'hotfix -f' to automatically terminate all db2 processes
      and install the hotfix.
