To launch the XSL Editor, use the appropriate script or command provided in the WebSphere Commerce directory:
WC_installdir/bin/XSLEditor.sh
WC_installdir\bin\XSLEditor.cmd
In iSeries environments, administrators should first copy the files necessary in order to run the XSL Editor to their Windows machines. The following is an example of how to do this:
- Create a new directory on the Windows machine (drive:\XMLTrans for example).
- Create the following new subdirectories under
drive:\XMLTrans:
\bin \lib\loader \wcmadmin \logs \web
- Copy the files from the iSeries machine to these directories according to
the following chart:
iSeries directory Windows directory /QIBM/ProdData/CommerceServer55/bin/XSLEditor.cmd drive:\XMLTrans\bin\XSLEditor.cmd /QIBM/ProdData/CommerceServer55/lib/loader/wcmxmlp.jar drive:\XMLTrans\lib\loader\wcmxmlp.jar /QIBM/ProdData/CommerceServer55/lib/loader/wcmxslt.jar drive:\XMLTrans\lib\loader\wcmxslt.jar /QIBM/ProdData/CommerceServer55/wcmadmin/*.* drive:\XMLTrans\wcmadmin\*.* /QIBM/ProdData/CommerceServer55/web/*.* drive:\XMLTrans\web\*.* - Modify the XSLEditor.cmd file on the Windows machine by
inserting the following text:
set WCS_HOME=drive:\XMLTrans
before the following:
set lib=%WCS_HOME%\lib\loader set WCLOGDIR=%WCS_HOME%\logs set log=%WCLOGDIR%\xsleditor.log
- Launch the XSL Editor by running XSLEditor.cmd on the Windows machine.
