The default implementation of
DiscountCalculationRuleQualifyCmd
.
It returns all items as qualified if the current user is in at least one of
the member groups associated with the calculation rule (see CALRULEMGP). The
current user is in a member group if the following conditions are met:
- given the member group,
CheckCurrentUserInMemberGroupCmd
returns true.
- the member group is recognized by the current store (see
STOREMBRGP).
