Abstract:  nullpointerexception in singleton ejb jax-rs sub resources

Description/symptom of problem:  
PH52888 resolves the following problem:

ERROR DESCRIPTION:
UriInfo is not injected when using the @Context annotation in   
Singleton EJBs as JAX-RS sub resources.
