Fix (APAR): PH44064 Status: Fix Release: 22.0.0.2 Operating System: IBM i Supersedes Fixes: CMVC Defect: xxxxxx Byte size of APAR: 2456686 Date: 2022-02-14 Abstract: Liberty server command not working on IBM i platform after installing fixpack 22.0.0.2 Description/symptom of problem: PH44064 resolves the following problem: ERROR DESCRIPTION: This APAR only applies to Liberty servers at fixpack level 22.0.0.2 running on the IBM i platform. The Liberty server command is an important command used to create and control Liberty servers. At Liberty fixpack level 22.0.0.2, the server command was modified to use a script syntax that does not work in QSHELL (QSH). This causes the Liberty server command to fail when used in QSH or when using the HTTP Admin interface to work with Liberty servers on the IBM i platform. At Liberty 22.0.0.2, if the server command is used, with or without any parameters, an error will occur similar to: server: 001-0050 Syntax error on line 1339: token "!" not expected. Again, this APAR only affects Liberty servers at fixpack level 22.0.0.2 running on the IBM i platform.
