PQ78359: Jsps are being requested by the another webmodule context root within the same ear file.

Error description
When visibility mode is set to Application. One webmodule jsps
can be accessed using other webmodule context root with in the
same earfile.

Here is the senario:

Customer has two jsp pages, 1.jsp and 2.jsp
in different application in the same .ear file (test.ear).


http://hostname/Test1Web/jsp/1.jsp and

http://hostname/Test2Web/jsp/2.jsp.

Application Test1Web has a context root of "Test1Web" (with no
slashes)
Application Test2Web has a context root of "Test2Web" (with no
slashes)

The problem is that the customer is able to access 2.jsp from
Test1Web
context root(http://hostname/Test1Web/jsp/2.jsp.
