|||||||||||||||||||||||||
APAR status Closed as suggestion for future release. Error description Customer would like the custom registry defined failure text passed back to the client in NO_PERMISSION. IN particular, client passes text like "expired password" via the check_password call. This information, however, gets lost when the NO_PERMISSION exception is thrown by the Security Server.Local fix There is already a defect (118414) open in cmvc and Peter Birk is working on it.Problem summary Problem conclusion Temporary fix Comments This APAR is being closed as a suggestion for inclusion in a possible future release. The NO_PERMISSION exception does not carry the message text from the exception from the security server. The inclusion of the message text in the NO_PERMISSION exception will be considered a future release.
