APAR status
Closed as program error.

Error description
Problem reported by customer was recreated on Windows 2000
machine, 4.0.6 with no fixes. The memory usage by XMLConfig java
process increased from 35 MB to 90MB when left running over the
weekend.
Local fix
Mohan Saboji provided a test fix called "XMLConfigLeakFix".
Tested this in lab and it does fix the problem. The memory usage
stabilizes at 45 MB.

Sent the fix to customer to test.

A user is developing a tool that calls executeFullExport in a
loop every number of seconds depending on the settings in the
tooling.  The client side program is growing in size.
On the task manager the testcase will grow from 31 MB to 200 MB
over a twelve hour period.
A memory leak was found in a call made to MofUtils of the
WebSphere Common Configuration Model ( WCCM ) code.
Problem conclusion
The code was modified to rearrange the calls made to the
MofUtils file.
