PQ52555: XMLCONFIG DOES NOT PERMIT CONFIGURATION OF CLONES

Error description
After creating a template file to export the ServerGroup and
each clone, the clones do not have any configuration
information.

Recreation scenario:
1. Have two nodes accessing one repository
2. Create a servergroup called TestSG and create a clone for
     each node TestSG1 and TestSG2
3. Change the HTTP Transport port for each clone
4. XMLConfig -export
5. The exported file contains the clones but no property
     configuration changed for each clone.
