****************************************************************
When using WebSphere Application Server in an environment with
multiple network interfaces, if the
com.ibm.CORBA.ServerSocketQueueDepth ORB property is
specified, you will see that Application Server will bind to
only one network interface instead of all.
Problem conclusion
The code path that was taken when ServerSocketQueueDepth
was specified was slightly different than when it wasn't.
The code was changed so that the ServerSocketQueueDepth
property is checked up-front, setting it to the default
value if needed. Then the same code path is now used for
the for the connections and ServerSocketQueueDepth is
always passed in on the connection call.
