Error description
Problem:
wscp> XMLConfig -export test.xml" fails to export everything.
Export fails when uploading security config information and also
noticed that import also fails using WSCP on WAS4.0.5 .
Local fix
Explaination for failing :

Figured out the NullPointerException is thrown when using WSCP
to perform the XMLConfig export/import script due to the
XMLConfig added the new AdminRole function on ptf 4.0.5
which caused the wscp fail to export/import the security
configuration through XMLConfig. The WSCP needs to initialize
all WCCM/MOF objects (resources, archive, binding) to
export/import the admin application information through the
XMLConfig script.
No WorkAround !

wscp>XMLConfig -export test.xml fails to export everything.
Export fails when uploading security config information and
also noticed that import also fails using WSCP on WebSphere
Application Server 4.0.5.
The NullPointerException is thrown when using wscp to perform
the XMLConfig export/import script due to the XMLConfig team
adding a new AdminRole function on fixpack 4.0.5. This caused
wscp to fail to export/import the security configuration
through xmlconfig. WSCP needs to initialize all WCCM/MOF
objcts (resources, archive, binding) to export/import the
admin application in formation through the xmlconfig script.
Problem conclusion
Introduced a new function initializeMof() in
XMLConfigScriptCmdHandler.java to make sure all
WCCM/MOF objects including resources, archive and binding are
initialized when performing a full export/import
configuration file from wscp.
Temporary fix
The test fix has sent to the customer on 2/27 and is waiting
for feedback.
