![]() APAR status Closed as program error. Error description In multiple node environment, if primary node is shut down and s econdary node is shut down, then secondary node is brought back up, a csi transaction rollback error will occur when navigating thru the admingui console, ie..ejb module.Local fix Problem summary **************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: WebSphere Application Server users of * * the admin console. * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: In a multi-node environment, if one * * node is down, navigating the WebSphere * * topology using the admin console * * may result in stack traces occurring in * * the tracefile. Functionality is not * * compromised but the stack traces may * * be annoying to many users. * **************************************************************** * RECOMMENDATION: * **************************************************************** Key clue to identify this problem would be error messages related to regeneration of the plugin file when a node is offline. These error messages may be found in tracefile, native.trace, and activity.log.Problem conclusion Before invoking methods on the remote node, a check is made to see that it is active via call to node.getCurrentState() and check to see that it is ActiveObjectStatus.RUNNING.- if not, just return null and skip the remote call.Temporary fix Comments
