Error description If two WebSphere Application Servers 4.0.1 servers are sharing the same common remote repository, when one of the adminserver is killed using a kill -9, a remote adminconsole fails to connect to the live adminserver.Local fix Problem summary **************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: WebSphere Application Server 4.0.1 users * * of security. * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Adminconsole failed after adminserver * * restart * **************************************************************** * RECOMMENDATION: * **************************************************************** Two adminservers are pointing to the same repository. When the adminserver process on one box is killed using kill -9 java process, adminconsole cannot log on to the the other adminserver via a remote console.
