PQ56253: TRY TO GET PACKAGE NAME VIA (THIS).GETCLASS().GETPACKAGE() FAILS

Closed as program error.

Error description
Trying use the reflection APIs fails under certain circumstances
For example, this.getClass().getPackage() always returns NULL
while this.getClass().getClassloader() works. This is not
currently fully supported and this APAR will address this
problem.
Local fix
Customer can try to extract package name by parsing the results
of this.getClass().
