continue on to the component-specific MustGather information. Otherwise,
click: MustGather: Read first for all WebSphere Application Server
products.
Xalan and Xerces specific MustGather
information
- What version of Xalan or Xerces are you using? To
collect the version, you can run the following:
- For Xerces,
install_root/java/jre/bin/java -cp
path/xerces.jar
org.apache.xerces.impl.Version |
Returns => XML4J 4.0.12
|
- For Xalan,
install_root/java/jre/bin/java -cp
path/xalan.jar org.apache.xalan.Version |
Returns => LotusXSL Java 2.3.10
|
- Is the version of Xalan or Xerces you are using the
one that was shipped with the version of WebSphere Application Server you
are using?
- Describe specifics of the way you are using Xalan
or Xerces, and the exceptions you are seeing.
- Provide the XML file you are trying to parse with
Xalan or Xerces.
- Follow instructions to send diagnostic information to IBM support.
