* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Log analyser won't display the          *
*                      activity log in Chinese locale.  The    *
*                      same problem is seen with the German    *
*                      locale.                                 *

If you try to open the activity log through the Log analyzer
gui, the activity log will not be dispalyed in 4.0.2 in any
non English locale.
Problem conclusion
Activity log can now be displayed in Chinese and other locales.
