****************************************************************
The Resource Analyser has a counter which shows the number of
live sessions per JVM. This represents the total number of
valid sessions which are in the JVM at that time. This value
is always positive. In a clustered environment, if a JVM is
started after the other servers in the cluster, the
invalidation thread in the newly started JVM might clean up
sessions which were not created in that JVM leading to the
counter taking on an incorrect value which might be negative.
Problem conclusion
This fix will prevent this from occuring ensuring that the
counter is decremented only for sessions which were created
after the server startup time.
