![]() APAR status Closed as program error. Error description Contact from Level 3 indicates that CMVC defect 121293 is now ready. They requested that I create an APAR for the delivery mechanism. Unfortunately, this is not a fix for the problem being seen. It is a fix for the tracing code in order to provide more information about what is actually occurring.Local fix n/aProblem summary **************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: All WebSphere Application Server users. * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The plugin log is NOT opened until the * * config file is fully parsed. This * * prevents the errors found in parsing * * phase from being logged. * **************************************************************** * RECOMMENDATION: * **************************************************************** The plugin log was not opened for logging when the config file is being parsed. If the log was opened earlier, plugin would have logged the parsing errors.Problem conclusion Modified the plugin to open the log file prior to parsing the config file.Temporary fix PQ72861_testComments
