Error description
Customer received the following error in the adminconsole when
he attempted to deploy a war file. "Detailed information can
be found in the log file." No errors are written to any of the
log files.

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Errors are not being logged to a log    *
*                      file when attempting to install a WAR   *
*                      file through the Thin Admin.            *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

While attempting to install a WAR file through the Thin Admin
the installation failed.  The following two errors were posted
on the Thin Admin page:
APPW0005E Commands called during application installation
          failed.  Refer to the logs for more information.
APPW0004E Application install or modify bindings action for the
          chosen application failed.
However, there were no errors or messages written to the
default_server_stdout.txt or default_server_stderr.txt files.
This makes it difficult for the user to determine the cause of
their installation failing.
Problem conclusion
The Thin Admin code was modified to print the stack trace of
the error(s) that are being thrown to the
default_server_stderr.txt file.  This will log a clear message
on the reason why the user's application failed to install.
