Error description
WSCP fails to deploy war application remotely.  Symptoms are
"WSCP0086E Exception installing EnterpriseApp" and "WSCP0106E
Could not get RemoteArchiveInfo...".  The application can
be deployed OK if the .war file is on the App Server machine
and wscp client is invoked on App Server machine.

To deploy the application, move the application .war file
to the target or remote application server machine
(instead of the local client machine) and invoke the
wscp client from that machine.
Problem conclusion
