If a transaction fails and failover recovery is attempted, the
MQ JMS recovery will try using Bindings mode to connect to the
Queue Manager to perform the recovery. If the Queue Manager is
not local, then a JMS Connection failure will occur trying to
get the XA resource.
Problem conclusion
Support has been added to allow the use of Client
transport Connection Factories using the MQ 5.3
Extended Transaction Client.
