![]() APAR status Closed as program error. Error description WSCP appears to allow modifications to a running webapp. However the procedure corrupts the repository making it neccessary for t he customer to drop and rebuildthe admin repository.Local fix The only workaround at this time is to drop and rebuild the admi n repository.Problem summary **************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: WebSphere Application Server 4.0.x users of * * WSCP. * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: WSCP is causing the repository to * * become corrupt. * **************************************************************** * RECOMMENDATION: * **************************************************************** When a running WebSphere Enterprise App is deleted via wscp (before it is stopped), the WebSphere repository becomes inconsistent. The repository must then be dropped and recreated.Problem conclusion Added code so that we only remove enterprise app's associated objects and relations if it is stopped. If not stopped we do not remove those and, instead, throw remote exception.Temporary fix Test fix available on wasdoc0:/apars/PQ62229/4.02Comments
