Error description
The admin server can sometime hang when security is turned on.
When looking at the javacores, you can see many ORB threads
are in the following state:
at org.omg.CORBA.portable.ObjectImpl._request(ObjectImpl.java:
 428)
at com.ibm.ejs.security.registry._Registry_Stub.getType(
 _Registry_Stub.java:605)
at com.ibm.ejs.security.ltpa.LTPAServerObject.<init>(
 LTPAServerObject.java:73)
In the middle of the ORB Threads. Now this happens with LDAP,
not local OS security. This fix helps improve the performance
by making the admin cache this information.

****************************************************************
Threads in the admin server get into a dead locked state.
This problem is not seen often and is likely related to a high
application server to administration server topology which is
not a recommended configuration. The specific system in
question had 50+ application servers to one administration
server.
Problem conclusion
The dead lock condition was caused by a redundant EJB call.
The return value of this call is now cached so that the call
only needs to be made once instead of each time a new
credential is created.
