PQ82256: com.ibm.ejs.sm.util.db.DBMgr.java does not print stack trace on exceptions.

Error description
Problem:  no stacktraces are printed for Tr.warning exceptions
being thrown from com.ibm.ejs.sm.util.db.DBMgr.java.
For example:
DBMgr         W Exception on database query (read by primary
key):

This problem exists on WAS 3.5 and 4.0.  We would like the
problem resolved on 4.0.

The DBMgr.java class does not print the stack because it is
missing a place holder for the java stack in the trace warning
lines.
Problem conclusion
Fix the code to print the stack trace.
Temporary fix
fix is located on 
PQ99999 for testing.
