Error description
The problem is the KeyStore has a "bad" serialized object. I
can use either the Sun or IBM JCE provider with Sun's
implementation of JCE on the KeyStores created by the other
provider. If the providers are installed under IBM JCE
implementation, I can use either provider. You cannot,
however, read a keystore created under Sun's JCE implementation
if your JVM is using IBM's implementation.

****************************************************************
Keystores created using Sun's JCE implementation cannot be used
with IBM's implementation. The problem was caused by a version
stamp in the serialized keys.
Problem conclusion
This issue has been resolved in the 03-14-2003 JCE build. This
build is now being included in WebSphere.
