What is the future of XMLConfig and WSCP as their functionality merges into more nearly identical capabilities?
 
Solution
XMLConfig and WSCP are designed to perform two separate tasks. XMLConfig is designed to make configuration changes, such as creating/modifying server groups. WSCP is designed for procedural operations such as start/stop of objects, and for scripting task. WSCP can call the XMLConfig tool.
