APAR status
Closed as program error.

Error description
Executing DrAdmin.sh command after application is up and
running. The DrAdmin.sh command will work fine and you cannot
recreate problem.
If you execute DrAdmin.sh command immediately after DrAdmin.sh
start listening, before it loads application. DrAdmin.sh command
will fail. That is OK. But then let application come up. And try
again it sill still fail. That is problem. Now application is up
and initialized. So it should show application running but no it
will not say that.Even if you try after long time ( I tried
after six hours) it will fail.

Ex:DrAdmin -serverPort xxxx -serverHost localhost -isRunning
   -applicationOnly

if you execute DrAdmin.sh command after 23:11:49 you are late.
You cannot recreate problem. It will work.If you execute
DrAdmin.sh
command between 23:11:13 and 23:11:49 you can recreate problem.
DrAdmin.sh command fails to show application running.
That is OK. But now keep that process up. Execute DrAdmin.sh
command again any time after 23:11:49 and it is expected that
it will show application running. But no it will not show
application running. That is problem.
Local fix
No workaround.

****************************************************************
DrAdmin.sh tool never recovers after failing the first time,
when it is invoked before the Application Server is started.
Problem conclusion
DrAdmin will query objects again if they are null in the cache.
This eliminates the failures when invoked before the AppServer
is started.
Temporary fix
Fix has been provided to the customer.
