PQ85988: Applications using AIX symbolic link wont start on WAS4.0.7

APAR status
Closed as program error.

Error description
After upgrading WAS from 4.0.5 to 4.0.7, the installed
applications that use symbolic links on AIX is not
starting anymore.
If the war files are located at a real fs it will  start
without any problems.
APAR PQ77134 addresses the similar issue, but it was developed
for WAS5.0.2.

Received patch from the common-archive prerequisite.
Created patch WCCM build (07.007.7g) containing the patch.
