PQ59508: IN WEBSPHERE 4.0.2 AES, CHANGING THE STATEMENT CACHE SIZE OF A DATA SOURCE PRODUCES CONFIGURATION ERROR CHKW3019E.

Error description
In Websphere Application Server V4.0.2 AEs, when the statement
cache size parameter on a data source is changed to 0 (to
disable the prepared statement cache), the admin console will
give an alert stating "Configuration problems have been
detected."  Clicking on the link, the error "CHKW3019E:
Conflicting statement cache size of the data source must be
specified. [DataSource_1]" is displayed."

Local fix
change the statementCacheSize="0" attribute in the
DataSource tag in the server-cfg.xml
Problem summary

While attempting to modify the Statement Cache Size field for
a data source in AEs, the validation would fail when the user
entered a 0 (zero) as the value.  A zero should be a valid
entry.  The error message displayed is:
CHKW3019E: Conflicting statement cache size of the data source
           must be specified.  DataSource_1
Problem conclusion
This issue has been resolved and the Statement Cache Size now
accepts 0 (zero) as a valid entry.  The fix will be available
in ptf 4 when and if it is shipped.
