Placed legal copyright in 95 files (33 batch files and
62 shell scripts).  some files would not be able to be
pulled into a ptf and those were not touched.  Will
bring this problem to the attention of those responsible
of the next full release of WebSphere.

None.  This APAR serves to correct the files in a ptf stream
and is not an efix to be applied.
