Error description While accesing the perfservlet URL i.e. ../wasPerfTool/servlet/perfservlet?version=AES, an 'Exception in PMI client create' is thrown on the browser. Once you get this exception, Mercury Load Runner is not able to retrieve any data through PMI.Local fix N/AProblem summary **************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: WebSphere Application Server Advanced * * Edition Single Server users wanting to run * * the performance servlet. * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: WebSphere AEs does not contain the * * perfServlet as they do in WebSphere AE. * **************************************************************** * RECOMMENDATION: * **************************************************************** The perfServlet was not supported in WebSphere AEs, it was only supported in WebSphere AE.Problem conclusion Support for the perfServlet was added. Users will have to install the PmiSingleServerBean.ear file, which includes an EJB jar file and a webapp war file. Once the ear file is installed and the application server is started, users can access the perfServlet with the following URL: http://host:9080/wasPerfTool/servlet/perfservlet?version=AESTemporary fix Comments
