Retain comment tags for initializeDb parameter in admin.config file (PQ55492) . If you remove the comments tags for the initializeDb parameter in the admin.config file and save the file, the administrative server will go into an infinite loop and not start. For example, suppose you drop and recreate your database, and then set .initializeDb and .createtables to true in the admin.config file and then save the file. When you start the admininstrative server, the server will go into an infinite loop. . To fix the problem, reinsert comments tags before the initializeDb parameter and set the install.initial.config parameter (as well as the .createtables parameter) to true. Then, save the admin.config file and try starting the administrative server again.Problem conclusion Closing this APAR as a documentation change.Temporary fix Comments
