During the installation of a Fix Pack some batch / script files
in the <WebSphere home>/bin directory are being overwritten
while others are not. This causes problems when users
customize the batch / script files. The Fix Pack installer will
overwrite the modifications the user made to the file.

The setupCmdLine.bat(.sh), startupServer.sh, startServer.bat
and admin.config files are not overwritten during a Fix Pack
installation, however other files (such as wscp.bat(.sh)) are
overwritten during the Fix Pack installation.
Problem conclusion
The Fix Pack Readme file was modified to warn users that some
files in the <WebSphere home>/bin directory may be
overwritten during the Fix Pack installation.
