This happens when using the local name space, does not occur
with global namespace.

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Session Invalidation fails when the *

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
****************************************************************
The Invalidation Thread as part of listener processing invokes
the valueUnbound method on each of the sessions implementing
the HttpSessionBinding Listener. If the valueUnbound method
uses environment references to access actual resources the
namingspace collaborator for that webmodule in which the session
is located needs to be associated with the session invalidation
thread. This was not being done leading to naming exceptions
being thrown when the lookup was performed in the valueUnbound
method during listener processing.
Problem conclusion
This fix causes the NamingSpaceCollaborator for a web module to
be attached to the Invalidation Thread before it starts
invalidating the sessions for that web module.
