APAR status Closed as unreproducible. Error description JspBatchCompiler when executed with console security off works fine and returns to command prompt. In case of console security on, batchcompiler compiles all the jsp's but never returns to command prompt. waited for a day, but still in hang condition. Same problem occurs in AIX and solaris.Local fix Problem summary **************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: WebSphere Application Server developers * * using JspBatchCompiler * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Running JspBatchCompiler while * * WebSphere Security is enabled never * * returns control back to operating * * system command prompt. * **************************************************************** * RECOMMENDATION: * **************************************************************** When security is enabled, the JspBatchCompiler completes the compilation of all requested jsp's to be compiled but does not exit with a status code to indicate completion.Problem conclusion Temporary fix Comments internal defect 120753 addresses this problem.
