After removing a node from the repository, entries still remain
in the namespace. This can easily be seen by running the
dumpNameSpace utility. These extra entries will be removed with
this fix (the node name is "node1"):
    3 (top)/node1
           javax.naming.Context
    4 (top)/node1/resources
           javax.naming.Context
    5 (top)/node1/resources/sec
           javax.naming.Context
    6 (top)/node1/resources/sec/SecurityServer
           com.ibm.WebSphereSecurityImpl.SecurityServerImpl
   11 (top)/ejsadmin/node1
           javax.naming.Context
   12 (top)/ejsadmin/node1/version
           java.lang.String
Note that this does NOT remove entries with the hostname;
however these entries existing do not cause any problems:
   60 (top)/domain/nodes/node1.austin.ibm.com
           javax.naming.Context
61 (top)/domain/nodes/node1.austin.ibm.com/servers
Problem conclusion
Added logic in NodeBean.java to remove node entries in the
bindingbeantbl whenever we remove a node.
