Problem |
If attempts to logon to an HTTP Session
with a local userid that has administrator authority fail due to
insufficient authorization, you may need to set some additional user
privileges. |

Solution |
Having administrator authority is not
necessarily enough. There are several privileges required for users on a
Windows® system, and they differ depending on whether or not the machine
is a member of a Windows domain or not.
See the following link for a complete discussion of
the privileges required, how to set them, and examples:

The link takes you to an article titled
Local operating system user registries
in the WebSphere Application Server V5.0.1 Information
Center. Scroll down slightly to the section titled Using Windows operating system registries.
This information applies to both V4.0 and
V5.0. |
