Error description
Even when "performance monitor settings" disabled, the argument
list is appended to XMLExport.
In fact when it is disabled the PMI tag shall contain only
pmi-disabled. This happens in WAS4.0.2. Where as in WAS4.0.1 all
the arguments are appended to PMI tag of XMLExport.
