Abstract
WebSphere® Application Server command line arguments containing space characters within quoted strings are not parsed correctly and the server will not start.

Download Description
When a command line argument for an Application Server has quoted text with a blank, the string is split at the space when the command line is parsed. This prevents the app server from starting.
