Error description When installing WAS 4.0AE on Solaris 5.7, the pre-req checker checks for installed patch levels and fails during the install when looking for a patch, but does not display the patch that it failed on in the output.Local fix Turn off Pre-Req checker during the install.Problem summary **************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: WebSphere Application Server Advanced and * * Single Server users on Solaris that are * * missing the Sun patch 107153 and are * * attempting an install. * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: If Solaris OS patch 107153 is missing * * from the machine a user is trying to * * install WebSphere 4.01 on, the prereq * * checker does not log that this patch * * is missing from the machine.
