Description:
   With WAS security enabled after an app server is stopped
and started, the admin server continues to try to connect to
the app server's old SSLPort instead of the new ramdomly
created SSLPort resulting in following messages in the
admin server's tracefile:

Problem conclusion
The adminserver now reregisters application server's new
ssl port and then makes new connection to the new application
server's new port.
