****************************************************************
"SECJ0007E: Error during security initialization" is
encountered during server initialization.

The error message indicates the user registry failed to
initialize. Enabling security using the Local OS User Registry
is not supported when the user ID the process is running as is
not root (or Administrator). Since security is not enabled,
the message does not indicate any functional loss.
Problem conclusion Temporary fix Comments
This issue has been fixed in WebSphere Application Server 5.0.
The issue does not cause any functional loss and there is
significant risk and effort in resolving it in 4.X.
