Error description
If you have an EJB that makes a call into another EJB that has a
transaction attribute of TX_REQUIRES_NEW, then a system exceptio
n that occurs in the second bean will cause the suspended "outer
" transaction to roll back as well.

the ORB results in the transaction in the client JVM to
unconditionally be marked rollback only.
Problem conclusion
JBrokerSupport will be changed to correctly handle this
situation.
