Error description
Response headers not passed when servlet chaining.
When addHeader method is used, headers are not set correctly
 with servlet chaining. An example is when WTP filter
servlet is the chained servlet.
setHeader method works correctly.

Local fix
Use the setHeader method instead of addHeader method if
application logic allows.
