Description:
With servlet caching enabled WAS 4.02 has problems with servlet
 s and JSPs:  JSPs cannot be executed, an exception is thrown.
 WAS mishandles context roots when a servlet is included across
 webapps.
 Request attributes with complex objects are incorrect after an

The dynacache code shipped with 4.0.2 caused some exceptions
with JSPs and servlets.  This APAR is a cumulative fix of all
of the dynacache changes that will be in 4.0.3.
