The assumption is that you already created the database to use as a
WebSphere repository and a login within SQL Server.
In the admin.config file, set the highlighted parameters as follows:

where:
<hostname> is the hostname or IP
address of the server where SQL Server is installed
<portnr> is the default TCP/IP port that the server should listen on
when accepting connections from TCP/IP Sockets clients. The default is
1433.
<dbname> - SQL Server database where the WAS repository will be
created
<userid> - SQL Server's userid that is the owner of WAS repository
<password> - Password for the above <userid>
