![]() APAR status Closed as program error. Error description On AIX, there is a memory leak when authentication target is local OS. e-fix PQ57814 has been applied. Testing has shown this problem to occur on a machine with 2GB of memory within 30 min. of operation.Local fix N/AProblem summary **************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: WebSphere Application Server users of AIX * * with LocalOS as authentication target. * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Memory leak in Application Server when * * authentication target is localos on * * AIX. * **************************************************************** * RECOMMENDATION: * **************************************************************** In AIX, with each user authentication, memory is allocated, but never freed. This may cause memory to run out.
