APAR status Closed as program error. Error description When visibility mode is set to Application. One webmodule jsps can be accessed using other webmodule context root with in the same earfile. Here is the senario: Customer has two jsp pages, 1.jsp and 2.jsp in different application in the same .ear file (test.ear). http://hostname/Test1Web/jsp/1.jsp and http://hostname/Test2Web/jsp/2.jsp. Application Test1Web has a context root of "Test1Web" (with no slashes) Application Test2Web has a context root of "Test2Web" (with no slashes) The problem is that the customer is able to access 2.jsp from Test1Web context root(http://hostname/Test1Web/jsp/2.jsp.Local fix N/AProblem summary **************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: WebSphere users whose server visibility * * mode is application * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When application server visibility * * mode is application, jsps within other * * WebModule context roots can be * * accessed. * **************************************************************** * RECOMMENDATION: * **************************************************************** When application server visibility mode is application, WebSphere searches all JSPs even under different WebModule context roots.Problem conclusion WebSphere should only serve the JSP in its own WebModule context root when application server visibility mode is application.Temporary fix fix is upComments
