****************************************************************
Customers using third party plug-in along with WebSphere
Application Server plugin may experience problems with
third party plugins. This may be because the WebSphere
Application Server's plug-in runs on a higher priority
than the third-party plug-in.
Problem conclusion
Added plugin configuration option IISPluginPriority.
IISPluginPriority allows the user to specify the
priority of which IIS webserver loads the WebSphere plugin.
Valid values are High, Medium and Low. The default
priority is High.

NOTES:
1) This value is used during IIS webserver startup.
User must restart webserver for this change to take effect.

2) The default value for IISPluginPriority is High. The default
value of High ensures that all the requests are handled first
by the WebSphere Web server plug-in before other
filter/extensions. If customer experiences problems running
the WAS plugin at Medium or Low they would need to rearrange
the order or change the priority of the interferring
   filter/extension
